“Our Shared Future” is a collaborative effort by The India Animal Fund (IAF) and Dasra. It seeks to provide a holistic overview of animal welfare across India, and highlight the multi-fold ways in which animal welfare intersects with human and ecological wellbeing on the ground. This report is a result of collaboration with key stakeholders, including animal welfare practitioners, academics, and nonprofits working towards the realisation of animal welfare with a special focus on the Indian context. It not only aims to serve as a valuable resource for funders, policymakers, researchers, and advocates but also strives to ignite action that will drive positive change for our collective future.
